Interaction of powdery mildew Erysiphe cichoracearum and root knot nematode Meloidogyne incognita in Dahlia variabilis

ABSTRACT
Effect of powdery mildew Erysiphe cichoracearum and root knot nematode Meloidogyne incognita on Dahlia variabilis has been studied. The growth of plants was considerably reduced when inoculated with two pathogens. The population of nemtode was more when inoculated with two pathogens. However, the size of females (Morphometric values) of M.incognita was significantly reduced when inoculated with powdery mildew fungus.
