ABSTRACT

Micronutrients are essential for plant growth and metabolism and play an important role for enhancing yield and quality of the crop. The present work represents the effect of various micronutrients on the panicles yield of Oryza sativa L. genotype (IR-36, JR-345, and PAC- 708). The result indicated that IR-36 recorded significantly higher number of panicles (117.42/m2) over PAC-708 (115.05/M2) and JR-345 (109.41/ m2). The highest no. of panicles/m2 was obtained by combination of Multiplex+ ZnSO4 +FYM in all the three genotype (IR- 36, JR-345, and PAC-708) of rice.

Key words : Micronutrients, Oryza sativa, genotype.
