1. The Journal publishes only original research papers on the understanding that they have not been published elsewhere and are not under consideration in any other journal.
2. The Indian Journal of Applied & Pure Biology is committed to protect the personal information of the authors & will make every reasonable effort to handle collected information.
3. While interacting with Indian Journal of Applied & Pure Biology, we may request personal information from the authors, which may consist of such items as their name(s), mailing address, e-mail address, Institution & Telephone / Mobile Number.
4. If you are an author who has submitted a research or review paper to IJAPB, for our consideration, we will require you to provide the above type of information.
5. Indian Journal of Applied & Pure Biology uses your personal information as described above & to facilitate our interactions with you.
6. In case you are an author, we shall use your personal information for the purpose of processing, reviewing, comunicating about, facilitating editorial review & peer review for publishing & to facilitate payment of article processing charges.
7. If you submit a paper for the publication in Indian Journal of Applied & Pure Biology, we will send the title & abstract of your paper to one or more than one reviewers to gauge their interest to review your paper (Your name will not be send for unbiased review).
8. After they agree to review your paper, we send the full manuscript for their comments. Once received the comments are forwarded to you but the reviewers name is not disclosed.
9. We do not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent.
10. We endeavour to protect the personal information we receive, gather and store.
