ABSTRACT
Photosynthetic pigments tell about the metabolic status of a plant in the environment. Present study is made to see the effect of confidor, which is an organochlorine insecticide and most frequently used in this area, on chlorophyill contents of cotton cultivars. A comparison has been made between Bt and Non-Bt varieties to see the interaction with a genetically modified plant.
