ABSTRACT

Allergic disorders are the most common chronic diseases in our country. Modern living conditions and increased time spent indoor may be associated with high risk of allergen exposure and act as tirgger in patients of Asthma and allergic rhinitis. The present epidemiological survey was conducted in Kurnool district (Andhra Pradesh). It has been observed that the frequent complaints were allergy asthmatics, 20% of Asthma children affected with Parthenium pollen and 51.4% with biological dust allergens.
