ABSTRACT
Light quality with other physical and physiological factors influence the spore germination in bryophytes. In the present investigation, effectiveness of different light qualities was in increasing order of yellow > green > Blue > Red and white light i.e. white light was most effective for spore germination in Notothylas khasiana Udar et Singh.
