ABSTRACT
Phenol and its compounds cause inhibition of acetylcholinesterase activity in Brain and Kidney of Heteropneustes fossilis by increasing the Km and Vmax values. They prove to be non competitive inhibitor with respect to AchE enzyme Kinetics. Rate of inhibition was more in Kidney.
