Impact of various organic and inorganic liquid fertilizer sources on yield attributes, yield and economics of greengram

ABSTRACT
A field experiment was conducted during kharif season 2021 at Cherukumpalem village, Atchempet Mandal, Guntur District in Andhra Pradesh state. The experiment was laid out in randomized block design with ten treatments and replicated thrice. Among the various treatments tested, foliar application of Panchagavya @ 3% with 75 per cent recommended dose of fertilizer was found to be the best and had a significant impact on yield attributes and yield of greengram. The lengthiest pod (10.6 cm), maximum number of pods plant-1 (25.6), seeds per pod-1 (9.32), seed yield (1365 kg ha-1), haulm yield (3091 kg ha-1) were recorded in this best performed treatment.
