ABSTRACT

Food habits change frequently in a growing society. Being aware of our habits has a significant impact on our overall health. Cooking oil is a necessary ingredient that we use every day. Most people use cold-pressed oil to prevent illness. Residents of Cuddalore’s Chidambaram Taluk relied heavily on cold-pressed oils. The study used a random sample of 120 people, divided equally between those who used and did not use cold pressed oil. The data was analyzed using percentage analysis, the logit model, and the garret ranking method.
