Eka-Kushtha, a subtype of Kshudra Kushtha described in classical Ayurvedic texts, bears clinical resemblance to Psoriasis, a chronic autoimmune skin disorder characterized by erythematous plaques, scaly plaques with high recurrence and psychological burden. Contemporary treatment approaches provide symptomatic relief but often fail to address the underlying pathophysiology. Ayurveda, through its dual approach of Shodhana (purificatory) and Shamana (palliative) therapies, offers a root-cause-based strategy
