ABSTRACT
Fipronil, a phenylpyrazole insecticide with a broad range of applications, is extensively utilized in both agriculture and public health sectors. Determining its median lethal concentration (LC50 ) is crucial for assessing its ecotoxicological effects on non-target aquatic and terrestrial species. This research seeks to ascertain the LC50 value of fipronil by conducting acute toxicity bioassays on Clarias batrachus and Heteropneustus fossilis.
