Amavata, clinically correlated with rheumatoid arthritis (RA), is a chronic inflammatory disorder characterized by joint pain, swelling, and stiffness. Conventional treatments often have limited efficacy and significant adverse effects. Ayurvedic interventions like Vaitarana Basti combined with physiotherapy may offer effective alternatives. A 28-year-old female presented with bilateral knee and elbow joint pain, morning stiffness, and swelling for one year.
