ABSTRACT
The modified solvent emulsification technique was employed to fabricate TBH-SLN dispersions. Formulations were prepared with varying concentrations of excipients to determine the optimal formulation parameters. The influence of various process parameters on SLN formulation was assessed based on average particle size, evaluated, formulations F20 and R20 demonstrated the smallest particle size and polydispersity index, highest zeta potential, and controlled drug release from SLNs. polydispersity index, zeta potential, and in vitro drug release.
