ABSTRACT
Ardhamatrika Basti is a widely used Niruha Basti formulation in Ayurveda for managing Vata disorders, including Sandhigatavata (knee osteoarthritis). Conventional preparation is time-consuming and operator-dependent, requiring fresh sequential mixing before administration. This study developed a standardized ready-to-use Instant Ardhamatrika Basti. To develop and compare the clinical feasibility, retention characteristics, safety, and preliminary efficacy of Instant Ardhamatrika Basti with the conventional formulation.
